Janice Rollins is the Owner and Founder of Lex Support Solutions, LLC, bringing more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the legal industry. Since beginning her legal career in 2004, Janice has worked across virtually every operational role within a law firm, including pre-litigation and litigation paralegal, intake supervisor, bookkeeper, and IT director. In her most recent role, she managed her law firm’s Filevine system for nearly six years, leading its configuration, optimization, and day-to-day use to support litigation workflows for a busy personal injury practice.
Janice launched Lex Support Solutions in January 2025 to help other law firms benefit from her deep understanding of presuit and litigation processes and her practical, real-world expertise with Filevine. Her approach combines legal insight with technical precision, enabling firms to implement and refine systems that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with how legal teams actually work.
